The Bookbarn International warehouses just outside of Bristol house the biggest and most amazing collection of used books in the country.
We have a staggering 5 million books on sale with thousands of titles added every day. There are more than 200 different categories to choose from, covering everything from alternative health and antiques to science fiction and sport.
We also have special sections dedicated to rare and highly collectable books, including a new area of vintage childrens books. Over 80% of everything on offer is from private homes, the rest are from college, university and county libraries, together with the surplus stock of many well-known book dealers.
Our sister website now houses our search engine, if you are unable to visit us in person please visit www.look4abook.com where we list our many books. Look4abook enables you to search by title, author and even ISBN or publisher. Our telephone sales team are also available to help you.
Our coffee shop is open from 10 til 5.30 everyday (11 - 4.30 Sunday), offering light refreshments and snacks, we'd hate for you to run out of energy before you've managed to get round the huge array of books on offer.
Our new childrens area is receiving great feedback from both the children and parents so come along to see it, just leave the kids there whilst you trawl the shelves in relative peace.
